What is your returns policy?
Not a 100% satisfied with your purchase? Elusive Ego will refund or exchange your unworn item(s) within 14 days of purchase within the original package. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund to be processed.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items purchased from other retailers should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and will be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
To return or exchange in store any items purchased online, please bring the items along with a copy of the order confirmation email within 14 days of purchase.
Returns by mail are only accepted for orders placed online.

Orders are processed within 5 business days, excluding Holidays.
Cancellations:

Damaged Orders:
Elusive Ego is not liable for lost or damaged products after an order has been placed in the shippers hands. If your product arrives damaged, file a claim with the shipping provider.
